Former UConn Huskies superstar Paige Bueckers is making her WNBA debut on May 16, as her Dallas Wings take on the Minnesota Lynx at home.

“I didn’t believe it at first. I thought it was fake news. I don’t know, it’s crazy to me that they would name the whole city after me.

"Just to have the chance to return some of what that entire city has given me and to see such affection expressed towards me, I am truly grateful," she said additionally.
